We offer a comprehensive service for all your investment and protection needs:
- Pension Planning
When do you want to retire and how much income will you need? What will the state provide you and when? Are your current pension funds providing value for money, could you be getting a better return by transferring to another provider? Or consolidating them into a single plan?
- Life Assurance
How much cash would your family need to maintain their current lifestyle if you die prematurely? Are you paying more than you need for the policies you already have?
- Income Protection
How long would your employer continue to pay you if you were ill? Would you require a regular income or a cash sum if you suffered a serious illness or disability?
- Investments/Regular Savings
Are your investments doing what you set them out to do? Has your portfolio become unbalanced from your original intention? Has your attitude to risk changed since you last reviewed the funds you have now?
- Mortgages
Do you want to reduce your current mortgage outlay or are you moving home? Are you thinking of investing in buy-to-let?
- Inheritance Tax (IHT)
Is your estate worth over £300,000? If so, your children may have to pay IHT of 40% of all the value over this amount to the Inland Revenue before they can receive a penny. We can show you ways to reduce or eliminate this tax altogether.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage
You can choose how we are paid for mortgages; pay a fee, usually 0.5% of the loan amount or we can accept commission from the lender.
The FSA do not regulate some forms of mortgage
